Hello everyone! I'm at the University of the Russian language today. And I'm attending a conference of the American Association of Russian Teachers. Hopefully we'll see something interesting. So stay with me. First let's have a look at the Pushkin Institute itself. It's over there. And of course here are foreign students. Inside, in front of the entrance there is a Pushkin monument of course. And the conference is here. Inside the institute building they have interesting exhibitions. Here are various Revolution documents: posters, parts of the papers... Here are many flags. And the students from all over the world study here. From different countries. Here is a corridor with classrooms. Let's have a look inside. Well, nobody here. And yes, here they have lots of classrooms. Finally the guests start to arrive. The conference is about to begin. "mMy mother tongue is my friend and my foe" "So the language is a very multifaceted thing" "It just unites people" "And it's a different question whether they are friends or not" "I'm very happy to say several words at the beginning of this conference" "And of course we should speak Russian in this institution" "Alexander Sergeevich would be angry if a student of the Russian language spoke English" "By the way, I remember how they concreted the roof of this building" "It was May of 1980" "I took a picture" "I lived on the 14th floor of the building next-door. In the dormitory" "And the approach I'm going to tell about today, is a combined approach that uses the Russian language and art" "in order to study certain aspects of the Russian language". So that was it for today. Here is the university. I hope you've enjoyed those parts of the conference. And if you have any questions, leave them below this video. I'll be happy to answer as usual. And thank you again. See you in my next video. Bye-bye!
