Daria here, and welcome to another slow Russian video Today we're having a little bit unusual video, because yesterday I was playing with my little son, and you know how we do this with little kids I asked him: "Tell me, how does a cow talk?" And he was: "Moo-moo" And then what about a dog, a cat, a frog? So, I thought it would be very interesting to tell you how animals "speak" in Russian because for some people it might be really surprising and I'll be doing it in Slow Russian as usual, so if you don't understand me, use English subtitles go to Settings and turn them on. Let's begin! First. Of course, a cat. In the Russian language cats say Myàoo. Myàoo. Three letters: М Я У Myàoo A cat meows or A cat meows loudly And when a cat purrs Mrrrrr, mrrrrr You got it? We say Mrrrrr Mrrrrr to purr A cat purrs Second A dog A dog barks GAV GAV GAV Three letters: Г А В. GAV And the verb – to bark A dog barks A dog barks GAV GAV GAV Third. A pig In the Russian language a pig doesn't say OINK OINK it says: KHRYU KHRYU KHRYU a pig oinks KHRYU KHRYU KHRYU Fourth. A cow A cow says MOO Moo Moo – М У Probably like in all the languages – Moo Moo Moo says the cow Five. A rooster A rooster yells KOO KAH REH KOO KOO KAH REH KOO KOO KAH REH KOO especially at 5 am it yells KOO KAH REH KOO and a hen says KO KO KO Sixth.
