Exercise number one: biting your tongue put your tongue between the teeth and try to bite it slightly, like this exercise number two: doing the same thing but with your lips. Like this kind of biting it Do these exercises for 30 seconds and then relax, then again 30 seconds and relax. Then we should add the sound there. This position the tip of your tongue between your teeth is the position for pronunciation of the Russian hard L. So we put the town between our teeth and try to make the long LLLL Imagine that you are starting to bite your tongue again but don't bite it and instead make a long L. This is the Russian L. but of course it's not enough and nobody makes it a long LLL, so we need to make it short Let's try to break this long L to short pieces like this Just put your tongue there and back, there and back, there and back again very quickly maybe at the beginning you will need to stand in front of the mirror and hold your mouth open like this, maybe even with the help of your hands so you always need to see the tip of your tongue between your teeth that's the correct position for pronouncing Russian L. When you learn how to pronounce the isolated L sound, try to combine it with vowels ЛА ЛО ЛУ ЛЭ ЛЫ Maybe L will be longer at the beginning. like this but don't worry, it's okay and in time, with practice it will get shorter and shorter. ok now another exercise. it's very useful to make your sound more alive you need to use songs. just as we did with the rolled R sound we try to sing using only L with some vowel, for example A LA and we pick any song, your favorite song, maybe several songs and just try to sing it. for example, again "happy birthday to you" la la la You got the idea so it's up to you. sing with LA LO LU LE LI. then start using the words like ЛАМА ЛУК ЛОМТИК, any Russian words with ЛА ЛО ЛУ. any combinations it's up to you again.
