This valerian is much more effective than other valerian. It has higher mg per dose plus it has a higher valerenic acid content than most. I have tried many valerian products and this one is the most effective to aid with sleep and muscle relaxation.

Valerian Extract Review
Product itself is OK, but I'm taking it with 5-HTP. The Valerian pills STINK - literally smells up my entire kitchen when I open the bottle. However, since starting the Valerian/5-HTP regimen, I'm sleeping much better and more regularly - which is why I ordered it in the first place. I'll probably see about a liquid extract or gelcap when I run low on these, but it seems to be working.
