I found this to be a very low-end product, not much in the way of the stimulation I was expecting to get for the MG dosage. Carol (another reviewer) you need to try the clinically tested Rhodiola products, the Siberian ones. This is SO WEAK, it basically does not do much more than a placebo. Do a Google search for a product called MIND BODY & SPIRIT, which is the only one I am taking now after trying a bunch of these store brands.
