Good Sleep Aid

Bought another kava kava product from Amazon that did not work for me as a sleep aid (I found kava kava worked well as a sleep aid coincidentally when I purchased and finally finished a kk product I purchased years ago from an herbal/vitamin website). THIS ONE WORKS FOR ME TAKING JUST ONE CAPSULE.

Kava Kava root powder in a capsule

Happy with the product; happy with the price; happy with the fast and discounted shipping. Not happy with the total lack of response by the company when I asked a simple question regarding standard potency of the product.

It seems to work with my anxiety and I shall probably continue to take it daily for a while.
