these definitely help reduce the intensity and severity of my chronic migraine (symptoms more than 15 days per month). i buy them bunches of bottles at a time so i don't run out; when i do, i feel the difference within a couple of days. i just wish (1) that they weren't so HUGE, because they're really hard to swallow (not something i normally have trouble with) and (2) that they didn't turn my pee bright yellow :) they have turmeric in them, a spice that is bright gold, and i'm sure that's why, and i can't imagine how it's necessary. anyway, i've been taking these at the urging of my neurologist (not by brand, but butterbur and riboflavin specifically), and they really have helped.

I tried this product because of other reviews saying Butterbur helped with migraines, and so far I have noticed a decrease in frequency of headaches.
Anybody suffering with migraines should try this. Great shipping and price, too.
