a definite help
Upon the suggestion of an herbalist I trust, I ordered this product for my wife. We had to play with the dosage a little, but we eventually got it right for her needs. It doesn't get rid of the 'problem' completely, but it definitely helps a lot, particularly with the pain. The bottle is tinted to preserve the herbs inside, and the lid has a built-in dropper with measuring lines for easy dosing. We've gone through around a dozen bottles by this point, so I can tell you we're definitely happy with the product.
Be aware that the herb's density in the mix may vary slightly from bottle to bottle. I mix this herb into water, and can usually tell how strong the herbs are by how dark the liquid gets. This herb has a rather unpleasant taste, so you may want to mix in some sweetener as well. My wife adds a couple drops of stevia to the mix before she drinks it.
