Planetary Formulas - Triphala Internal Cleanser 1000 mg - 180 tabs

i've never been formally diagnosed with any gastrointestinal problems but few days go by that i don't have to reach for the alka-seltzer or tums. i started taking triphala about a month ago and i've noticed some improvements - it hasn't eliminated indigestion altogether but my stomach feels better & calmer more often.

i'm not giving 5 stars because i'm not really sure how it works & i'm fairly new to it. it's apparently an ayurvedic remedy that works to 'tone the large intestine' (hmmm, is that even possible?). well i don't know but so far so good, so i will continue to take triphala. the other nice thing is that its natural (made from dried powder of 3 fruits).
