St. John's Wort by NOW Foods - (300mg - 250 Capsules)

I've tested 5 brands of Saint John's Wort ( this may come as a suprise to you, but some brands fill their capsules with MAINLY some kind of buffer as SJW and many supplements are not regulated ), and this one is the best deal considering the cost and quality of the product together. However, if you don't mind spending more, Eclectic Institute is another excellent brand worthy of consideration.

i have back pain and arm pain because of my ibs and fibro and this is WONDERFUL! this works for my ibs and fibro pain the brain is connected to the stomach so this helps both. if u have ibs c or fibro holla at it! worth a look!
