Super Rhodiola - 60 - Capsules

If interested in taking rhodiola, Solaray brand, Super Rhodiola, 500mg is the only one you want. My local health store ran out so I got another brand. I noticed within 3 days a negative difference. I am now looking for a supplier online so I can keep make sure never to be without it again. No matter what brand you buy, make sure it has a minimum of 3% Rosavins and 1% Salidrosides. These percentages are the minimum needed to feel a difference. Sometimes brand names do not matter, sometimes they do. On this one, it does.

I had tried other brands of Rhodiola, and really didn't notice much of a difference. Not the case with Solaray's Super Rhodiola. I felt a profound difference within a week...one that lasts.
