This progduct is great for those who want to take a natural energy and motabolism boost. I wanted to avoid taking the OTC energy pills (ie, hydrocut, etc) and was told this is great alternative. Boy were they right. I have more energy and don't have to worry about the side effects of other energy and motabolism pills that I suffered with before (insomnia, jitters and shakes). Highly recommend this product. Amazon had the best prices also.
