I've already done a review on the Royal King brand of shou wu chih, but I have to add one for the Yang Cheng brand as well. I'm now convinced that it is slightly superior to the Royal King version. The one difference I've noticed is that Yang Cheng brand can actually help with regularity where as the other one doesn't. At least not for me. They both have the same ingredients according to the list on the carton, but the Yang Cheng brand clearly had an effect that the other brand didn't.

The product is great. Been using it for years. Beats those crappy overly sweatened "energy" drinks. Luckily we get it locally at a local Chinese supermarket for $5.99 and sometimes make a run into Chinatown where its even cheaper. The is the cheapest price I've seen on the Internet. But still have the shipping to contend with.

If you look around on other websites Shou Wu Chih can easily go for $14-$20 a bottle and this seller has it at $7. It was scheduled to arrive on November 3rd and it came on the 28th of October instead, just 3 days after ordering. Both bottles came well packaged, would recommend this seller to anyone seeking a good brand of Shou Wu Chih.

I have been looking for a souce of shou we chih for a long time because taking this tonic made me feel good. This is good stuff folks. This is a good overall tonic to give you energy. Caution: those with high blood pressure should use another tonic without ginseng. Best taken as a tea.

Shou Wu Chih tonic drink is better than He Shou Wu or Fo Ti pills, since it's easily absorb through the blood by your digestive system. I've been taking this tonic (Yang Cheng Brand) twice a day for two weeks now and I've noticed some difference in my well being. First of is I get a good night's sleep and feel refresh in the morning. Second you feel a slight energy boost while at work and a little positive towards people. Third, which I won't go into details, is your libido is slightly stimulated. They say it also nourishes your liver and kidneys as well as reduces your cholesterol level. I notice also that I don't get thirsty as much I used to. The Skin tone of my arms is not dry anymore too. Prolonged use of this tonic is okay according to the Chinese Herbalist I talked to. The taste is bitter sweet, like drinking a Chinese wine. I drink it (about 3 Tbl Spoon) straight and not mix it with any other stuff like water or tea. For female-would-be users don't take this if you're pregnant or menstruating. If you know a local Chinese herbal shop within your driving distance or your local area, it's much better to buy it from there because they are way cheaper than the Amazon sellers sells. Just ask for Shou Wu Chih, any brand will do.
