This is pretty amazing stuff. The staying power is a little low, however. I was prescribed Elavil after I got out of rehab for multiple addictions. That was odd that I was taking drugs for taking drugs, so I was always on the lookout for a way to get off it.

Valerian Root if you don't already know, is a sleep inducer. If your having difficultly trying to get to sleep, take 2 of these and within about 30 minutes your out cold. When you wake up the next morning, there is no "medicine head" feel to it, you don't wake up feeling groggy. I love it, since I have to take so many medications, take an herbal supplement to help me sleep every once in a while is quite nice.
