This is an excellent product if you want to have a good nights sleep with out feeling like you have a drug induced hangover in the morning.

I'd be remiss to not confess I didn't have much faith these would do anything. I'm a restless sleeper and have battled insomnia for many years. The few products I have tried left me feeling tired but still awake, or they worked but I woke up drowsy. Subsequently I thought I'd give these a shot. I tried one, and about 30 minutes later I had a rendezvous with the sandman and was sleeping like a baby. You can literally feel it kick in, sooth and relax your body and mind.

When I woke up a comfy 7 hours later, I got curious about the ingredients of this stuff and looked up a few. As it happens, this was no snake oil. It actually includes 2 of the most active Anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) supplements available. They are naturally occurring mammalian anxiety-inhibitory neurotransmitters in the central nervous system - Glycine and GABA are both responsible for sedating effects on numerous sleep depriving neurological and psychiatric pathologies. Namely restlessness, nervousness and tension.

Valerian root and Kava Kava have perhaps the most well known and most reputed compounds of them all. It was these two active ingredients that actually compelled me to buy this as I've heard so much about them. They are both reportedly the most potent natural sedatives on the planet. Kava Kava almost feels like the calming state of alcohol inebriation, while Valerian root combined with the others is probably, what I'm guessing, did the trick.
