Pure Stevia Extract Powder 3.5 oz

This is the first stevia product I have purchased. I only notice a bitter taste if I taste the stevia alone--like licking it off of my finger. It works best in liquids because it's so potent that if you try to put it on a food, the small amount is difficult to spread around and the amount needed to cover the entire item would oversweeten the food. Regardless, this is a wonderful product!

Because I developed an allergic reaction to processed and artificial sugar, I've been using Stevia for more than 3 years now, and have purchased numerous Stevia information and recipe books during that time. I'd read that KAL was the best tasting brand, but KAL wasn't sold locally, so I had only used NOW powder or Sweet Leaf packets, which can make home-made desserts bitter, if not combined with fruit or if not used in precise measurements. When my local NOW source couldn't deliver for 2 months, I checked on-line for a quicker source and discovered KAL brand available and decided to try it. I am so glad I did. The taste is never bitter. As an experienced Stevia user, I highly recommend KAL as the best tasting stevia available.

This stevia is the best! No noticeable aftertaste. I now don't want to use up my leftover sweetleaf brand stevia drops or the stevia i used to buy from trader joe's. worth every penny.

This Stevia powder is really potent stuff. This one container lasted me over two years, and I've still got some left. I've used it to sweeten homemade hot chocolate and other things (my Aunt uses it with her coffee), and I've used it to bake as well.

There are lots of great recipes online. Just find out what your sweetness threshhold is (a little of this goes a LONG way, and too much actually tastes bitter!) and you can use this versitile powder for a lot of different things.

This is the very best tasting stevia I have ever used. I have used many over the years and this one has no bitter taste. Its good in tea, lemonade and baking.
