Sundown Red Yeast Rice, 600 mg, 60 Capsules (Pack of 2)

When I started to take these, I initially took 2 a day and noticed some pain in my shoulders and neck. I cut back to 1 a day and don't seem to have any problemsnow. Hopefully, when I go back to the doctor, I'll find out if the capsules worked on my cholesterol.

My doctor said to try this before begiining a prescription cholesterol lowering medicine. Started oatmeal once a day and one of these twice a day, my cholesterol has dropped 30 points in 9 months. Don't know which should take credit, but will keep taking these little gel caps and eating oatmeal..
