Rexall - Red Yeast Rice 600 mg, 300 Capsules

I have been taking 2400mgs a day for the past 4 months . My total cholesterol has gone from 249 to 175 . My tri glycerides have gone from 183 to 75 and my ratio has gone from 6.7 to 4.7..Could not be happier . Have experienced no side affects at all..I take fish oil and Coq10 twice a day as well . I did cut down on steaks and cut out all bacon and sausage ( I was eating it quite often for breakfast ). My wife does experience some side affects such as leg cramps but they are MINOR , MINOR compared to what she went through on statins . She just went off the statins so will get her results in a few weeks . A co worker tried them for 3 weeks and hers dropped 50 points , she is now taking them regularly .
