As a caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer's I was at my wits end in trying to find an effective laxative that was homeopathic and natural. The fiber fills me up so I eat less (and lose weight) and it also keeps me comfortably "regular"

Now I know why Dr. Mehmet Oz recommends psyllium so highly as a daily supplement to your diet. This is low cost and high result psyllium - you can't go wrong.

Just remember to drink lots of liquids every day.....otherwise psyllium can be like cement in your colon...don't say I did not warn you. :)

This stuff makes you feel better. To say more than that would be indiscreet, but the problem it helps you solve is a problem that you should try to stop having because it leads to untold other health problems. So if you want to get rid of it, take a scoop of this mixed with any drink you like (Scotch? I haven't tried it, but you never know), once or twice a day. Also helps lower cholesterol. By the way, this price is less than half what you'd pay at Whole Foods.
