Psyllium Husks 610 mg 100 Caps

Americans get nowhere near the amount of fiber that we need for healthy bowels. I take 2 of these every morning with my other vitamins and I can totally tell the difference. I feel all around better when I am taking psyllium husks-- toxins are sucessfully rid from my body and i am not "stopped-up". And i can tell if i miss a day or two becausse i feel sluggish and full. I have also found that Swanson brand vitamins are great for the price.
