Ayurvedic Kapha Dosha Tea, Organic, 4 oz

This 4 OZ tin of Kapha Tea was the best thing did for my recent bout of sluggishness. It allowed me to get more exercise, feel myself again, and my sinus congestion is gone.

To brew this tea, boil it for 5-7 minutes and then strain. I found it worked fine to use a tea diffuser as well in a pot of boiling water.

Kapha tea is best taken during the winter, or when you have a high Kapha imbalance. You can determine if you have an imbalance by going to Ayurvedic websites, or searching for 'dosha test' online.

Although the recommendations seem too simple at first, if you follow them, then you will definitely feel better.

I also bought the Pitta tea for Summer, and the Vata tea for Fall. If you combine the teas they give a unique flavor and are good for balancing multi-dosha types like myself.

The tins close tightly, and have a window on top so you can see the herbs. The only thing I would say negatively is that the labels tend to come off the tins quite easily. Since I am interested in the herbs more than the package, it doesn't reduce my impression of these wonderful teas.

You will be amazed about how well these teas work to improve your dosha imbalance. And if you're getting them out of curiosity, it will be well rewarded with an invigorating cup of tea, with mildly astringent properties.
