Some of the reviews I read stated that the tea was bitter. I did not find this to be the case. I made both hot and iced tea with the nettle tea bags and it was most excellent.

A little bitter for someone just trying it out so start mixing it with green tea and then gradually change over. Taste great this way as ice tea. Nettle is good for your health.
