Yummi Bears Multi-Vitamin & Mineral, Vegetarian, 90-Count Sour Gummy Bears

These vitamins are vegetarian. The website and the package lists the ingredients. Here is what the website says:
Q. In your Yummi Bear® products that are vegetarian, what source does the pectin come from?
A. Yummi Bears® Vegetarian formulas are made with pectin from fruit and are vegetarian approved. They do not contain any gelatin product.

HOWEVER - THE OMEGA 3/6/9 Vegetarian source vitamins ARE NOT vegetarian. The Omega source is vegetarian, but the vitamin itself is made with gelatin. Stupid, but true. Either way, THE MULTI-VITAMIN & MINERAL VEGETARIAN product IS vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for 15 years and I give these to my children, and they love them.

Contrary to the product description, these vitamins are NOT vegetarian -- gelatin (a byproduct of animal skins and hooves) is the third ingredient.
