Taking this vitamin has had terrible side effects for me. I take it after meals and with lots of water, but I find that I feel dizzy and hot and have thrown up a couple of times, when I hadn't thrown up in years prior to taking it. When I started taking One A Day Weight Smart I was weighting 220 pounds, 5 months later I was down to 165 pounds, a 55 pound loss!
The pill works effectively but I did experience side effects such as frequent dreaming activity especially at the start and if taken without first having eaten a good meal expect some nasty stomachaches.
