I have been taking Nature made essential over fifty for ten years now,and have loved them.They are everything a women needs in a vitamin.

This Nature Made product is excellent. However, readers should be aware that this products DOES NOT contain IRON for a very good reason. Taking iron supplements sets you up for potential health problems if you are a woman over 50. I hope the other reviewer takes note of this.
