I often have problems sleeping. So I thought that I would take a $10 chance on a good night's sleep. Trust me, it wasn't worth it. I tried to take the minimum, then on subsequent nights tried increasing to the maximum recommended dose. My thought was that maybe it would take time to build up in my system. It never helped. Usually I would wait a couple of hours and then go take an Advil PM. If you're thinking about this product, go buy yourself some Advil PM. It doesn't always work, but at least I get some sleep with Advil.
