Nature's Wonderland Kava Kava Root Herbal Supplement Capsules, 425 mg, 60-Count Bottles (Pack of 3)

I found kava kava to be a good natural sleep aid when I used up an 'old' bottle early this year that I purchased from an herbal products website. This particular brand did not work for me as a sleep aid.

Most effective product I've used to calm the nerves. I was skeptical at first, but more effective than some rx drugs.

I have had the bag where you have to soak it in water and strain with a cheese cloth. Now that was so gross but you really felt it. ZThis stuff doesnt seem to work at all on me. I wonder what is so different?

I'm a big fan of Kava and I thought this one might be pretty good since the milligram dosage was higher per capsule. Not the case. I'm not saying the product is bad, it's just not the best around. I'd try for something more pure from a Pacific Island source.

Kava-Kava is so hard to find now days. They took it off the shelves in most Health Food store. And the ones that have it now are so high on it. I got it at a lower price and free shipping. Can't beat a deal like that!
