Supercritical Holy Basil - 120 - Softgel

I love this product!!!! My husband and I noticed reduction in our stress levels at about 10 days to 2 weeks. It's a wonderful product I wouldn't be without these days!

Caused excess sinus congestion and discharge. Also, drowziness during the day. Did not work for me at all. I gave it a fair try, too.

I wasn't real sure about these - I believe that a lot of supplements are "snake oil". I was stressed out, feeling panicky, and depressed all the time (2 years). My anxiety was through-the-roof. The only option my doctor gave me was anti-depressants. No thanks. Then I read about holy basil.

I've been taking this herb now for about a month. I take one capsule every twelve hours. This supplement has worked wonders on my mood and anxiety levels. I'm so much more calm now and can breathe much easier. I don't know how this works so well, but am thankful that I found it.
