I didn't feel any boost. A few times, I received a niacin flush, so there is vitamn B in there; However, I just didn't feel too happy with the results overall and I was using it every day. On the plus side, it is a cheaper alternative to places like GNC. I can't recommend buying this product.

Great product! I reccomend these supplements for anyone who's looking for a boost of energy. I take 3 before excersising & the results are a better workout & an energized feeling that lasts all day. Oh yeah....the aphrodesiac claims are true as well. Stock up on this stuff & make it a part of your daily nutrition.
