New Chapter, Supercritical Holy Basil - 120 softgel

I wasn't real sure about these - I believe that a lot of supplements are "snake oil". I was stressed out, feeling panicky, and depressed all the time (2 years). My anxiety was through-the-roof. The only option my doctor gave me was anti-depressants. No thanks. Then I read about holy basil.

I've been taking this herb now for about a month. I take one capsule every twelve hours. This supplement has worked wonders on my mood and anxiety levels. I'm so much more calm now and can breath much easier. I don't know how this works so well, but am thankful that I found it.
