Product seems good, but I don't recommend using Huperzine by itself. If improving things like memory, focus etc. is your goal, use it in combination with a racetam of choice and other cognitive enhancers. Huperzine's more like the trusty, helper sidekick as opposed to the super hero.

Huperzine A is used for increasing the signals between your nerves and the muscles they control. Since I had been having nerve-related muscle weakness, Huperzine has been nearly a life-saver; I got my life back. Not only that, one time I ran out while traveling and replaced my supply without looking at the dosage level. Within days, I lost my hard-earned strength and was all wobbledy again. When returning to the correct dosage, my strength came back. It's really helped control my symptoms while battling my way back to health.

This product is healthy in the sense that there are no additives. The manufacturer is reputable, the price reasonable and the shipping reliable. Huperzine A is reputedly good for memory - especially beneficial for us with "senior memories" and/or those of us taking medications that interfere with word retrieval. I find this supplement helps me feel and be more confident of having my vocabulary at my disposal. A slight downside is the possibility of some insomnia, according to research from the Web. This also seems to be true for me since I began using it. However, the word retrieval benefits of using Huperzine A are well worth the mild disadvantage of sometimes getting an hour or two less sleep a night.
