I typically feel very tired and foggy after a meal, if I take one of these caps from an hour before the meal to with the meal I don't get foggy. It's wonderful stuff and I won't be without it in the foreseeable future. I don't know what the mechanism is, I just know it's changed my life.

The reason grapes are supposed to be so healthy is because of their resveratrol, and this product guarantees no resveratrol -- so what's the point?
