Yin Chiao is a time tested rememdy to ward off and lesson the cold sickness. I believe that Yin Chiao combined with the other herbal materials in this product make it superior to plain Yin Chiao. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who wishes to stay healthy through cold seasons!
