I have tried almost everything on the shelf, and this is the only one that worked. There was a little bit of "figuring it out", though. If I take it without having just eaten, it makes me a bit nauseous. And if I take it too late in the day, I have trouble sleeping. But if I take it right after breakfast, and right after lunch, it works wonderfully. And the number on the scale keeps going down!

It really works. You have to be on it consistently for a few days (that's when I noticed results), but I have to say that it works and it really keeps your appetite at bay. I ended up losing 25 lbs (and I was already slim), but it was perfect for that little last bit that was so hard to get rid of. I love this stuff!

This product really does work. I've tried several dietary supplements in the past and never had any success with any of them. I definitely see results with these capsules. And it's really great to be able to see results. I also like the fact that it was low priced.

For over the past 2 years I have had a lifestyle change of the food I eat and exercise everyday at least 2 hrs per day. Everything was going fine and I was loosing weight then it stopped. I tried eating less and excising more but no real luck. After about 2 weeks of using this product I noticed my belt was getting looser. Now it may be a pure luck that this just happened when I started taking these pills but they get the credit because that is the only thing I changed in the last two weeks. I skeptically bought this a week ago and to my surprise it really works! It works really well at surpressing appetite and increasing energy with absolutely no caffeine or ephedra or any stimulants that I know of. It does make me wonder if I'm vitamin deficient or if it's the antioxidants in the decaf.-green tea extract that makes this work.
