Now Foods Fenugreek 500mg, 100 Capsules (Pack of 3)

I started using Fenugreek when I was still nursing to increase milk supply and it really helped a lot. I also use it for sinus and digestive health. I suffer from very bad allergies. Taking this supplement has definitely cut back on the sinus medication I have to take. My stomach ulcer also feels better. It does make you smell like maple syrup, though. I can't complain about that but I'm always hungry for pancakes, lol.
