Not only does it taste great by the spoonful,it mixes very well with yogurt,oatmeal,roasted veggies,spaghetti squash,and anything else you can think of!My favorite thing to add flax oil to is my daily whey blueberry and strawberry smoothie..I also add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds to it (heavenly!)I also make the best homemade salad dressing ever with it with lemon,apple cider vinegar,and cilantro!

We like the product and we feel healthier when we use the product. You must be consistant with use to feel the benifits.

Barlean's flax oil is the best value for the money, and REFRIGERATED liquid flax oil is the best way to take flax. I mix this with cottage cheese, following Dr. Johanna Budwig's advice, along with fruit juice or protein powder/milk for flavor, and it turns out great.

Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids are so beneficial to health. But you probably know that already or you would not be here on this page.

I've only bought this from my local health food store, which has it in a refrigerated section. This is necessary because flax oil very quickly breaks down and loses its potency when exposed to heat, air and/or light. So my question for Amazon is, how is this shipped? Hopefully it is kept cold; either that or shipped VERY quickly.

I'm trying to get more omega 3 etc in my diet and if this is why you're considering this product , it works, especially if you're on a diet and/or you want to improve your hair,skin,nails, etc. But don't expect results immediately, for me it has also given me an energy boost and has made me feel fuller for a longer period of time when taken with meals. it doesn't have a very good taste so unless you like bitter nutty-type flavors, I suggest you get low-fat yogurt and or applesauce to mix it in, It's also do-able with regular 100% OJ. Flaxseed oil ISNT stored as fat in your body. Google Flaxseed oil benifits if you want to know more about this perfect oil.
