Not only does this product work to help things moving along, it also prevents fluid retention for me anyway. I can honestly say, it doesn't taste very good, like your relaxing cup'o tea, but if you mix it with your coffee in the morning, you'll never know it. And once you're used to the taste, you can tolerate a small concentrated cup at night without any difficulty, especially when the reward is so good for you.
