Vitex 100 caps

I am Hypothyroid and have two good weeks a month and two bad weeks of crazy PMS symptoms. At least, that was the case before I started taking Vitex. I probably take one every other day and my PMS symptoms are completely gone. The PMS that I had is the kind of PMS that makes men think that women are crazy. I am proud to say that I no longer feel crazy for part of the month. I feel wonderful. It really is a miracle and I wish I would've found it sooner.

Product helps to make women's monthly cycles more regular and normal. Seems to work effectively for me.

This product is very helpful to me, I used to get bad headaches along with my period, I was taking 2 a day and I did not get any headache my 1st 2 periods, though I started taking only 1 a day before the 12 weeks was up, and I got a bad headache this time. I will go back to taking 2 a day.

My teen daughter needed to have her cycle regulated and I was a bit concerned about "the pill". Gave it a shot and it worked well.
