Vitex 100 caps

I decided to try vitex after a lot of research. I still wasn't sure what dose would be right for me but decided that the 400mg capsules would work for my purpose. I have pcos and irregular cycles and I have for years. I have had horrible issues with birth control pills and wanted something that would help regulate my hormones. I didn't have super high hopes but decided to give it a shot. About 4 weeks after taking the pills I ovulated and 2 weeks later I got a period. Now after not having a cycle in months it was pretty impressive but I have been regular ever since. I am so impressed with these pills. I have tried all types of supplements, teas and tinctures and I often run into problems. Large pills I have difficulty swallowing, needing to take 6+ pills a day, not being able to take certain foods before or after etc. and I am really bad about taking pills. These are super easy. The capsules are normal sized and filled with a pinkish powder. There is no strong smell or flavor to them. I started taking 2 a day and then increased it to 3 a day for 3 months then 2 a day for 3 months and then 1 a day after that. This is the most success I have ever had with a supplement and its simple and relatively inexpensive.

I wanted to find a product that will regulate my hormones naturally. While I've always had "normal" cycles, I don't ovulate to my full potential. I've lost six pregnancies and the doctors can only speculate that my egg is not ripening fully before being released. I haven't been on this very long, but my first two cycles got 4 days shorter and are only 22 days long. Not what I expected, but I'll keep on it to see what happens. I've heard this herb takes many months before any effects can be seen.

After reading the reviews I decided to try the product to regulate my cycle. I didn't really want to get pregnant from this... but we did, sometime in the first 8 weeks. I only took 1 a day.

I've had trouble with my cycles since college (about 10 years ago), and 2 years ago took Cholmid in order to conceive. 2 months ago I had to take Provera again (it cleans out the lining but doesn't cause ovulation) because I hadn't had a period in 3 months and was spotting a lot. Then I was looking for something herbal to help regulate my period so I wouldn't have to take a drug every few months.

The Vitex seemed to regulate my hormones well. While I didn't get a full period the first month I was on it, just spotting, I am pregnant. We're not sure when in that 8 weeks it occurred, but something happened with this herb that helped my body to actually ovulate.

I am Hypothyroid and have two good weeks a month and two bad weeks of crazy PMS symptoms. At least, that was the case before I started taking Vitex. I probably take one every other day and my PMS symptoms are completely gone. The PMS that I had is the kind of PMS that makes men think that women are crazy. I am proud to say that I no longer feel crazy for part of the month. I feel wonderful. It really is a miracle and I wish I would've found it sooner.

Product helps to make women's monthly cycles more regular and normal. Seems to work effectively for me.
