I know that it is ill advised to recommend any supplement or vitamin for any particular ailment but having been a user of this cherry extract for several months I can truly say it has, without a doubt, had a definite effect on lessening the aches and pains in the joints. Getting a little older and began noticing more joint pain and stiffness upon arising in the morning or even after prolonged periods of sitting. Michelle's Miracle cherry pills seems to be out allot. I have tried many different brands of cherry pill's here on Amazon and these ones are 2nd best to Michelle's Miracle in regards to prevention of gout.

Michelle's Miracle's are more expensive though. So I use these pills on a daily, routine basis and the Michelle's Miracle's when I start to feel a gout flare up. Seems to work well if your watching your $$.
