Red Clover Blossom 430 mg 100 Caps

The previous post states that the studies on Red Clover Blossom show limited, questionable or no results. Well, after taking just about everything under the sun suggested for hot flashes, this is the only product that has continue to work for me.

HRT is out of the question for me for medical reasons. After trying so many different other products, I was getting doubtful anything was out there that would help. I even tried French maritime pine bark as suggested in The People's Pharmacy with no luck. I personally have had good luck with this product - so I suggest if you are having post-menopausal symptoms, give it a try. If it works, fine, and if it doesn't work for you, OK, on to Plan "B".

Red Clover Blossom hasn't made the hot flashes stop, but it does help to contain them and make them much less frequent and not nearly as severe. I gave it 5 stars as it does work for me.
