Cramp Bark Comfort - 120 - Tablet

Cramp bark (in addition to daily doses of Vitex - Chasteberry) have been crucial in helping me to keep my endometriosis and subsequent ovary and abdominal aches and pains in check. This product works just as fast (if not faster) on easing my mild to moderate menstrual cramping. Cramp bark also works on other mild to moderate body/muscle aches and pains. I suffer from terrible muscle tightness and spasms in my neck and shoulders and this helps as much as any other otc pain reliever I've tried. One dose lasts about 5 -6 hrs +. I've read that it can help with tension headaches but I haven't found consistent relief in this area. Overall, cramp bark has been a great alternative to ibuprofen in helping me with some chronic issues with no side-effects. I would give it 5 stars but I havent' had a chance to test it out with more severe cramping.

I have been using this product for about five years now. I highly recommend this product if you have any form of PMS. About a week before my period, I get mood swings, tender [...], and cramping, this product helps me with all that.

The product does have an odor (like black pepper) and tastes simaler, but it is well worth every cent you pay.
