I bought this product because it had the highest concentration of standardized forskohlii. This product is in powder form and there are no mixing instructions. It is a lumpy hard to dissolve substance. A capsule form would probably be much better.

This product gave me severe head and stomach aches. I tried to take it for about a week hoping that the side affects would subside and it did not. I will not buy this product again and have thrown away the remainder of the product.
