Taking 2 of these capsules seems to give me a noticeable energy boost without the jitters or upset stomach that many stimulants may cause. It's hard to explain, but it really does feel like it "burns" fat in a natural, gentle way. I only use it intermittently so I can't attest to the weight-loss effects but, for the price, it's definitely worth the purchase.

This has all the ephedra positives without the ephedra. I liked this stuff. Kept me nice and lean
