this has been a good help in combination with fenugreek to keep up a steady supply of milk. it's also great for my husband who suffers from terrible hang-overs, as it helps function of the liver and to process out toxins from the body.

The products are fine and the price is reasonable. But the supplement came in glass bottles and it broke into small pieces when delivered. Bad packaging!!
