IT TOOK ME SOME TIME TO REALIZE THAT NATURES RESOURCE HAD CHANGED IT'S NAME TO NATURES MADE, BUT ONCE I FIGURED IT OUT I COULD REORDER THIS PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN THE "GREATEST" PRODUCT,FOR ME, WITH MENOPAUSE. I HAD BEEN USING THIS FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND ONCE I COULDN'T FIND IT I STOPPED FOR 4 MONTHS AND I WAS HAVING HOT FLASHES 24, 7 BUT NOW THAT I AM BACK ON IT, NO MORE HOT FLASHED, CAN'T DO BETTER THAN THAT. THANKS

Started using this product several years ago for hot flashs. For me, a cup of soymilk a day works better. However, when I stopped taking BC I became cranky. I've tried other formulations but combo pills seem to have too much of something and not enough of another so I came back to straight BC. I've tried other brands but Nature Made seems to be the most consistent. My local stores no longer carry this brand but it's worth ordering it on the net (and cheaper).

A friend of mine recommended this product to ease my hot flashes. It really works! Especially the night sweats most peri-(pre) menopasual most women get.
