Estroven PM - 72 Caplets

I had a complete hysterectomy at 33 years old and was experiencing normal menopausal symptoms. I tried Premarin and it almost killed me, literally, so I swore off the hard stuff and gave Estroven PM a try. It did take a little time to see notable differences, about 10 days to 2 weeks, but once I started seeing them, it was wonderful! Now I take Estroven Max in the morning and PM at bedtime. If I miss a dose, EVERYone notices.

I was having terrible hot flashes and night sweats before starting Estroven. I take Estroven Extra Strength in the AM and Estroven PM at bedtime. It took a month, but now I don't have any hot flashes or night sweats. I've always had trouble sleeping and have taken almost every prescription sleeping pill, more than a few antidepressents and every herbal/nutritional supplement ever made. For me, the Estroven PM combined with a product called MelatoninPlus by Schiff has really helped. I had tried melatonin in the past and it didn't work at all, but the combination seems to work just fine with no side effects. I guess everyone is different so what works for one person may not work for you. Be aware that the Estroven products can take a month or longer for the full effect to be realized, so if hormones aren't right for you, be prepared to be patient because these products are not a "quick fix".

I am going through my change and cannot take hormones. This product did not help me sleep; it made me stay awake all night long. By the end of the week I was one tired and miserable person. I ended up throwing the rest out. It may work on some people, but it did not work on me. So ladies, be careful of any product. Valerian root helps me sleep all night long and it is a lot cheaper. I do not take it all the time.
