The New Military Humanism: Lessons From Kosovo

The most dificult part in reviwing this book was surely limitation to five stars only.Everything there is to know about the way how Western war cabinets are using propaganda-effects that are so naive that they are almost derogation of the common sence-was simply captured from excerpts,from their own words and nothing was added-no more,no less.Those who would like to assert that "because Western media are not owned by the goverment,are therefore independent" will find in this book reproduction of nihilisms,contradictions and demagogiaism-with breathtaking verism.Eter was abused and poluted during those days,and i will mention couple of things-although without any ambition to add something to those revelations-first it is something what may be called "Anna Frank Effect"- Abuse of little childrens or adolescents(ussualy female)perception of war horrors in the form of diaries or corespondence,and second usage of various "disidents" and "oponents of the regime" who are Serbian nationals as advocates of even heavier bombing by Western TV stations.Goebels has pupils that surpased the teacher,undoubtly! This writing is destined to became the most efficient instrument of defence from N.A.T.O's Trojan Horse-caffeine boost for all those sedated by sweet voices of Brussels "peacemakers".

The criticisers of books like this are failing to comprehend that the very ethical reasoning,that apparently drove them in this conflict,could easily be used against them,because no Euro-Atlantic contry is without some Kosovo-like problem:Demographicaly strong ethnic minority,that regardless of gained civil rights,will take no compromise other than separatism.List is just too long:Transilvania,Tyrol,Basqia,Ulster,Alsaz,Suddetes,Istra,Kurdish inhabited land etc.Chomsky exposed all mystifications of what are self-proclaimed global police structures-that are not even trying to hide their attempts to interfere with souvereighnity of foreign countries-without any moralistic brainwashing but with a credo that reality equals itself.And what about double standarts:Izrael not only fights terorists on its own soil but creates buffer zones,bombs objects of civilian infrastructure and even sometimes distroys(sic) homes of terorists families.This are double standards par exelance.But if we exclude real motives behind N.A.T.O. strikes-punishing of single state in the region that refused Pax Euroatlantica,its own reduction to keeper of transcaspian communicational and energetic coridors,several factors may be also menshioned:Good oportunity to show to Islamic Society that West is not exlusivly against them, and so thorough incoded complex of spreading superiour political ideals-every alternative means offence towards Western Societies that are exporting their ideology,to quote Bismark:"In Iron and Blood".Are citisens of those Western countries uniformly equal in education,job opportunies,income with regard to Race,Ethnic,Linguistic and Religious affiliations?Why N.A.T.O didn't helped Yugoslav goverment to crush Islamic terrorism,with experts,equipment and consulting,given the fact that U.S.A has bitter experience with Islamic terrorism?It must be understood that all people have deep-rooted loyalty to their own goverments in case of war,and although ironicaly west counted on "Ceausescu syndrome",War united Serbs with incredable uniamosity.Chomsky did not used some spectacular theories but rather in a prosaic,and yet analytical way,provides readers with evidence about horrific manipulations with public opinion to justify what turned to be commplete fiasco for Western Aliance.Shocking revelations exposed in form of ruthless and uncopromising narative will convince reader that N.A.T.O is neither hummanitaran nor "messianic" organisation,but Aliance of States which have their own expansionistic goals,together with account on sophisticated psychological effects Big Brother goverment are using to manipulate with public opinion.Nobody of the suporters of N.A.T.O action would exepts such interference within's one own's country for simmilar reason.Most bizzare fact of this conflict is fact that amoung its most prodigious suporters was MRS.Madleighne Albright although she was saved from Nazi gas chambers thanks to the fact that she was temporarily adopted by Serbian family during the War.This book by Chomsky proclaims only what is beggining for Strategy that will take no less satisfaction other than total monopolisations of all Geopolitical power-and unfortunately initiate new cycle of antagonisms and tensions.Noam Chomsky deserves nothing less but Nobel Prize for Peace,because he demystyfied causes of War so boldly and anticonnformisticaly,that nobody will surpass him-only upgrade on methodical foundations set by him.

Only Chomsky could expose fallacies that were served on daily basis to Western public-only lingvist of His rank could share with readers perception of the New World Order where Democracy means Technocracy,Freedom-Slavery and Peace-War.N.A.T.O "mission of mercy" was as logical as storming of hijacked plane by police,shooting all hostages and saying:"Good!Tension is over.Situation is pacified.".If one recalls the fact that even Hitler,with his flamboyant and racistic rethoric needed to falsify border incident with Poland in order to commit agression,it is not hard to imagine why,with todays sensitive public opinion, best logistic is invention of "causes" that are acceptable to public as a reason for such an involment. There exists great misperception of the author-given the nature of some of His previous books- that He is ultraleftist,antiwestern,e.t.c. perhaps from the same people that cannot be fed-up enough with confessions from the "other side".Simply,this book is not a blueprint for pipe-bomb or exposure of millitary secrets,but rather a statement about certain realities and one needs arguments in order to deny them.This book will provide reader with insight into alienated forces that created doctrine of "crisis menagement" and real reasons behind the Kosovo conflict-one that are relevant for understanding what seems to be slow but certain Drang Nach Osten policy undertaken by some Western geostrategists.

Unarguable facts are detailed in this work which "wouldn't do to mention" in polite company. The bombing in the FRY "was not undertaken in 'response' to ethnic cleansing and to 'reverse' it, as alleged by leaders." Most importantly, the question of whether the New Humanism is "guided by power interst, or by humanitarian concern" is answered. Those who believe in the doctrine of "intentional ignorance" as the reviewer before me will dismiss the information presented in this book like any commissar. If you want to understand what happened in Kosovo as well as the current ethnic cleansing within and supported by NATO (Turkey), read this book. As all of Chomsky's book, very well written and incredibly informative.

An excellent analysis of the causes of the Kosovo conflict and the nature of the New World Order. I could not put it down until I had finished it.
