Way too detailed and controlling for most overweight people who need to simplify their lives with foods not be consumed every minute by it.

Wonderful product..it has been essential in my loss of weight. It is clear and user friendly and I will buy another for the next months of work.

This food journal has room for it all. Not only does it provide space for the usual categories (cals, fat, carbs, etc) but it also has two columns to fill in nutrients that you want to track personally. Additionally, it provides space to track vitamins, meds, supplements, and even exercise! If only it came with will power! I would recommend this to anyone wishing to track their food intake. Excellent!!

As an Ultimate Weight Loss Instructor, our first recommendfation to participants is that they log the food they eat daily in order to see where their pitfalls are, where they have excelled etc. Diet Minder has the best food/exercise Journal we have ever used in class.

I am completely satisfied with this book and I am so glad that I purchased it. I was just keeping track of my calories etc. in a compostion book, this is so much better. I just love it!!!
