I absolutely love this product, there are places for food, activities, vitamins-- areas to put weights, nutritional info and blank areas for your own addition. I love the mini calorie counter in the back, and the graphs track my progress. I will definitely order this again. 2008-05-19

I bought this journal as a back-up to my computer-based journal, mainly due to the fact that I couldn't always have my computer with me when I needed to enter foods, specifically the nutritional information. When I used the basic spiral notebooks, I often only wrote the name of the food and had to guess info (and calories!), or I forgot that it was in my bag.
I echo all the positive 4/5 star reviews, but do offer the following criticisms: 1. This journal allows for only 3 months of daily journaling. Most of us will be on a diet for well over 3 months, especially if we have more than 20 or 30 pounds to lose. I want more pages! 2. Only 4 mini-graph sheets provided.... If you want to track more than one progress for the full duration of the journal, you S-0-L. 3. Weekly Progress chart: allows only 15 weeks, again not good for us long-term dieters. 4. While I do like that this notebook encourages you to take your inches measurements, for the times where you lose no weight, but do lose inches (due to muscle increase), there is no diagram illustrating the correct places/tips on taking measurements. 2008-05-01

This is a great tool to help you in achieving your diet/exercise goals. You can keep on track by listing all foods eaten throughout the day as well as water intake, vitamin/mineral supplements and all exercise. It has helped me tremendously in my weight loss journey. 2008-04-28

This little log is a great tool that has helped me keep track of my daily food intake and my exercise. While it didn't magically make me want to exercise more to make the exercise box look full and happy, it still helped me become more in touch with my food consumption. And being aware helps you make better decisions, or realize you can make better decisions. It's not for exercise buffs who need to keep track of reps, but more for the rest of us who just need to have a space to put a few details on our choice of movement or lack thereof. This is much more efficient than writing in a little notepad ever was for me. It's not too big or heavy as to not be able to stick it in a medium sized purse or briefcase. 2008-04-28
