USB adapter for the 2 Gen Apple iPod Shuffle

this thing saved my life. i had data on my shuffle that i needed. i broke the original dock by stepping on it, and no stores (best buy, radio shack, frys, target) carry new ones. Apple charges about 30 bucks for a new one. This is small, hard to break, and awsome, cause i have it connected to a necklace, there is a hole for that on it. BUY IT!

I got my daughter the ipod shuffle 2nd generation. She broke the charger. Apple wanted $29.00 to replace it. I could have bought a new ipod that came with the charger for $45.00. I did buy an ihome, that supposedly charged the ipod, but it didn't. I stumbled upon this little charger, for $2.10, with free shipping, and figured it was worth a try. It works great! What an amazing deal! I'm so happy, and so is my daughter.

I bought this even after reading the reviews stating that it would not work. I have had no problems with it and I've had it for almost 2 months now. It has worked every time for me, so I think it's worth a try. The only problem I really have is that it's hard for me to keep up with because it is so small and doesn't come with a box or anything to make it easy for keeping up with. To me it is worth the $3.

The original dock that came with my shuffle was stepped on, so I needed a replacement. It was hard to believe something this inexpensive would actually work, considering a replacement from Apple is 10x the price, but I decided to give it a try.

What a pleasant surprise. I really like the form factor, having the shuffle connect directly to the USB port instead of the dock and cable. And it's been absolutely reliable since I've started using it.

If you find yourself with a broken shuffle dock, I recommend this as an inexpensive replacement.

The USB Ipod Shuffle adaptor didn't work. I bought two, and neither of them work. I get a message on my computer that says: "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled. To prevent damaging your computer, the USB device drawing too much power has been disabled." DON'T BUY THIS THING.
